The learning and development journey begins from day one and ongoing development is provided through on-the-job experience as well as internal and external formal training through our extensive range of training programs. These courses cover areas such as safety management, project management, leadership development, people management, self management, communication and interpersonal skills, commercial and contract management, procurement and estimating and various technical courses, just to name a few.

We pride ourselves on our leadership training initiatives and have developed a number of multi-level programs including Executive Development, Emerging Leadership and Supervisory Leadership.

Our Executive and Emerging Leadership Programs are delivered through our partnership with the Mt Eliza Centre for Executive Education, which is part of the Melbourne Business School. Mt Eliza has been voted the Number 1 provider of executive education in the Asia Pacific Region by the Financial Times Survey, in both 2008 and 2009.

Our Emerging Leadership Development program is tailored to focus on developing our people within the business in the areas of leadership, people management, project management, safety management and global business practices.

Our Supervisory Leadership programs range from tailored programs to Frontline Management programs with our affiliated Business Schools.

For those employees who embark on further education programs such as a diploma, degree or other post graduate education that is relevant to their position or career development plans, we offer financial and other study incentives based on our Learning and Development Policy and Procedures.
